  Deposits,Final Guaranties, Attrition and Cancellation;
  
  Deposit for Groups up to 80pp is $500, over 80 is $750.
  Deposits are non-refundable.

Final guaranties and player lists are due 3 business days prior to the event. That is the number you will be invoiced on. ‘No-Shows’ are the responsibility of the group. Payment is expected the day of the event

Cancellation 90 days or more prior to the event will result in loss of deposit
Cancellation 89- 60 days prior will result in loss of deposit and cancellation fee of 30% of the value contracted greens fees and carts

Cancellation 59- 30 days prior will result in loss of deposit and cancellation fee of 50% of the value contracted greens fees and carts

Cancellation 29- 10 days prior will result in loss of deposit and cancellation fee of 75% of the value contracted greens fees and carts

Cancellation 10 days or less prior will result in loss of deposit and cancellation fee of 100% of the value contracted greens fees and carts**
