During her second year on the Southern New Hampshire Women’s Golf team, Morgan won a Coach’s award for most improved, and began positioning herself as a leader in women’s NE10 Division 2 Golf Conference.
At the Penmen Columbus Day Intercollegiate, Morgan shot a first round two over par 74, which not only place her fourth for the tournament, but also made her the new SNHU Women’s golf record holder. Scoring a sub-par round is a rare feat accomplished only by those with advanced skills.
